We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
We thank you for making an online purchase at our store! We understand that you might change your mind about the purchase before or after receiving your order. But that is no issue! We will make sure that your refund or exchange process goes as smoothly as possible.
General Policies
Any item is refundable within 7 days of purchase day. The product or item should be sealed and in the same condition it was received. Open items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and exchanges include all products that have a factory defect; however, defective items must be checked by the dealer first to confirm the issue.
All types and sizes of electronic cards (E-card) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Immediate refunds and exchanges are applicable to items that are dead on arrival.
If a purchased item does not match description on our website/App, the customer is given the opportunity to exchange or refund the item within 3 days, provided that the item is still in its original condition.
If a product was opened and item description matches what is written on the website/App, then the item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If a customer wants to exchange or refund an item that is not defective and is unopened, there will be a QR30 delivery fee (QR15 delivery charge + QR15 service fees).
In case a refund is agreed on, the refund will be made using the same payment method used when the item was purchased (Cash, Credit Card).
Refund or Exchange Process
Photo Verification
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. Send 4 pictures from 4 different corners of the box to confirm the item is SEALED and UNOPENED.
Exchange Fee
The customer has the right to exchange the item or get a refund. There will be a QR30 exchange fee (QR15 delivery charge + QR15 service fees).
Refund Method
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase. Online payments (Credit Card) take 14-21 working days.
Debit Card Refunds
For debit card purchases: Full cash refund if the issue is from our side, or cash refund with bank fees deducted for voluntary returns.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note: The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- If the item was opened or unsealed after being delivered
- If the item was not in the same condition it was delivered in
- All Electronic Cards (E-cards) are non-refundable
- Damages and defects in items due to customer use
